You’ve seen lots of those mindfulness based colouring books for adults in the shops, right? Wondering what it all means? Mindfulness has its roots in the ancient practices of Buddhism, Taoism and Yoga, and basically just means ‘paying careful attention, in the moment, without judgement’. While that might sound simple, it’s deceptively difficult at times, much like meditation.
